| Ordering and Shipping Information Once you have found the items you want, you can download the order form [see below]. Should you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us. Money orders and cashiers checks can be mailed directly to the address listed on the order form. You may fax in your Credit/Debit card order to (505) 888-6925. Since the scarf is a small item, please note a difference in shipping. If you purchase more than one scarf with no additional items (i.e., shawl, feathers, etc.), please only add shipping fee of one item - $5 to your scarf purchase. If you purchase an item (i.e., shawl, feathers, etc.) and want to add one or more scarfs, please only pay the shipping for the items you purchased. There will be no shipping charge on the scarfs.
All shipments will be made via US Priority Mail within the United States. With US Priority Mail, you will receive your package within 2-3 days from the date mailed. Should you have any questions about shipping cost, please contact us. Once you're ready to place an order, you may print the Order Form. Please make sure you fill in: Order Date Your full name Mailing Address - make sure it legibly to ensure correct address City, State and Zip Code Contact Phone Number - please list to confirm your order if there is a question E-mail address (to receive periodic news) Fill in the Item #, Description/Color, Quantity, Price of each item, and Total Price Add up items and place in Subtotal
Choose your method of payment Don't forget to add the Shipping fee as appropriate If you choose to pay with a credit card (or debit card), please fill in your card number, expiration date, type of card you are using, billing zip code, 3-digit security number located on the back of your card (last three on right hand side of signature strip), signature and print name that appears on card. Don't forget to add in the nominal fee of $0.75 for processing.
Once all information is entered and you verify your math, mail to the address located on the upper right hand corner of the Order Form. Please don't forget to include your Cashiers Check or Money Order. For credit card payments, you have the option to fax in your order to (505) 888-6925. Since we are colleing your personal information, please be assured all information will not be shared with the public. I strive to keep all information stored and locked away. If a database is created to keep track of orders and is tied to your name and address, I will ensure the database is password protected and will not be downloaded to a portable device. Once a year has passed and I have not received any additional activity from the same customer, all documents will be properly destrotyed. I keep in mind that as a customer, we all want to keep our information safe and secure from any identity theft.
