Company history

 

I am a member of the Hopi Tribe (Arizona) residing in New Mexico. 

 

I established my business in October 2006 with my first venture out to Jemez Feast in November 2006. 

 

The reason I choose to sell shawls, is because of the lack of shawls available at the various feast, cultural centers, pow-wows, and such.  I understand the joy a beautiful shawl brings to one person and enjoy the expressions when a shawl is purchased for themselves. 

 

I still have to work full time in New Mexico, but I travel back and forth to attend many Hopi ceremonies all year long.
