The woolen shawls measure 35" x 35" when fully opened with either wool or silk fringes.

The size is just right for a child. To determine if the size is right for your child, stretch your measuring tape out 35" across; have your child stretch their arms out from side to side. If this is the right size, the measuring tape will be from one hand, across your childs back reaching to the other hand. Now cut that size in half, your width will be 17.5". This will be the size from the base of your childs neck down ward. The fringes (both wool and silk) will add an additional 3.5". All shawls pictured are folded into one quarter size.
